Shipping & Delivery Policy   All Crystal Bracelet Products are cleansed, prayed for, empowered, packaged, and shipped directly by me. Please review the details below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

Processing Time  

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods  

• All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight and destination.

• Tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched.

Shipping Time

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly stated on the product page.

Lost or Delayed Packages  

• If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact me so I can assist with tracking or filing a claim with USPS.

• I am not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address  

• Please double‑check your shipping address before submitting your order.

• If an incorrect address is entered, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

International Shipping (Optional)  

• If you choose to offer it later, international shipping times vary by country and may take 2–4 weeks.

• Customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

I want you to feel fully supported and confident in your purchase of the crystal bracelets. Because each bracelet is hand-crafted, packaged, and shipped by me directly or another third-party distributor, please review the policy below:

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, not damaged, and in its original packaging.

• For safety and hygiene reasons, opened products without original packaging will not be able to be returned.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds  

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

• If your product arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

• I will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

• Photos of the damage may be requested for quality control.

Non‑Returnable Items  

• Missing beads

• No Photographic proof of damage or incorrect item

• Items with broken bands

• Products exposed to heat, smoke, or contamination

Order Cancellations  

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
